Fundraising Fun on Friday!

Welcome back to another week of Nexus News. This week the sun has been shining and we are still taking advantage of that by visiting farms, utilising our forest school, going sailing and many other adventures on and off-site

This week we would like to celebrate that our Colour Run has raised £1,400. We are so grateful to everyone who got involved, donated or spread the word of this event. At the bottom of this Nexus News you will be able to find a collection of photos from the event. Once again, thank you to everyone who participated and helped to make the event so spectacular.

Alongside this, our office and admin staff participated in the Macmillan Coffee Morning last Friday. The staff there baked a selection of cakes and offered them to the staff here at Nexus in the cafe for a donation towards the charity, they have raised £277. A big thank you to office and admin for the cakes and everyone who donated and had a sweet treat.

Lastly, a reminder for parents and carers, that Parents Evening and a Stay and Play is on Wednesday 7th October. If you have not booked an appointment yet, please go to ClassDojo to do so. If you cannot attend, please discuss with your class teacher about the possibility of a virtual appointment through Microsoft Teams.

Now that we are at the end of the week, we hope that you all have a lovely weekend and we look forward to seeing you again.
