Summer is coming!
The sun is bright in the sky and it’s getting warmer by the day this week. It’s still a busy time for everyone here. Prepping for events, our end of year trips and students getting ready to transition to their new classes or leave for their own new adventures maybe at a college, job, even a new school.
We would also like to remind parents that next week we also have a Makaton Workshop and a Haysden Walk on the 25th of June. Lunch will be provided for the workshop as it is a longer session. The last day to sign up for this workshop will be Monday the 22nd of June, please contact Amanda before if you wish to participate. There is also a Stay and Play for KS1 & KS2 and Parents Evening on the 1st of July.
Our year 6’s have had one of their end of year trips to Wingham Wildlife park this week. They got to enjoy seeing gorgeous animals of many different species, learn their names and information about them. Thankfully, the weather held out for them, the sun kept shining nice bright letting them have a comfortable warm day.
We hope that you have a nice weekend and we look forward to seeing some parents attending our Makaton Workshop next Wednesday.
