Makaton: Halloween Signs

Makaton Drop-In sessions are starting from next week!

Makaton is a communication programme that includes signs, gestures and symbols. It supports children and young people with their understanding of words and what is happening around them. We use Makaton at Nexus to support learning, communication and interaction.

Please come along either in person or via Teams link to our sessions to develop your Makaton skills to enable you to support your child. They are inclusive sessions and all are welcome no matter what your previous Makaton experience: both beginners and experts will gain something from these sessions.

Each session will have a specific focus although they will all include general vocabulary and a time for questions and queries.
